Shipping:
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we'd be happy to help fix the problem. Please feel free to contact us by emailing zoezoneboutique@gmail.com. One of our representatives will communicate in the next 24 hours.
- The processing time of the order is 1 to 3 business days.
- Estimated shipping time to the United States is 3-5 business days using the United States Postal Services (USPS).
- Free shipping for PR and US.

Returns
- Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Incluning your tracking number.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, you can select one of the following TWO options;
- REFUND - For the return item (s) , refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- CREDIT - Customer has a 30 days credit on the merchandise purchased. This credit can be used towards the purchase of another product from the website www.zoezoneboutique.com.
For the returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement, an credit or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
The following items are not refundable or exchanged;
- Bodysuit
- Swimsuits
- Jewelry
In case of a return, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless a mistake is made by Zoe Zone Boutique.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $5, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
